How to Access Timesheet Module


✔Log  in to Employee Self Service

✔Click on the “Enter my Time and Attendance data” tile to access Timesheet module




How to open admin views


1. Timesheet - open timesheet module menu items

2. All timesheets – can access all timesheets

3. Projects - can create projects and groups, add employees to private projects etc.

4. Reports - can generate timesheet related reports





All timesheets


1. Timesheets can be filtered out by statuses. Clicking on status should show timesheets with corresponding statuses. Statuses are: submitted, open, non-existing, approved and rejected.

2. Clicking on Timesheet row will open Timesheet full view.




Creating project


1. Project Name and Primary code are required fields.

2. Unit account is set up if timesheet units need to come to payroll.

3. Pay type options are Regular, Holiday, Leave.

4. Reporting unit options are Regular, Shift, Day.

5. Project visibility can be public or private. If private is chosen then employees can be added to project. All employees have access to public projects.

6. Start and end date. If project end These fields indicate when project starts and ends. If start date has not started yet or end date has already passed then no time can be reported to project

7. Future transactions allowed – indicates whether hours can be reported to the future or not.

8. Groups - projects can be divided into groups.





Creating group


1. Group name and code.

2. Group color can be selected - group name will be displayed in this color in all the views.

3. Projects can be added to groups for filtering purposes.



Projects and groups


1. Groups are displayed under groups section. For each group amount of projects is shown.

2. Projects are displayed under projects section. For each project pay type, start and end date, visibility, users and status are displayed.




By users


1. For each employee amount of projects employee has access to is shown.

2. By clicking on employee row modal with projects opens up and from there it is possible to add or remove projects from employee.




Reports


1. Timesheet admin can access reports view where two types of reports can be generated: timekeeping report and attendance.

2. Can move between different periods to view reports.

3. Reports can be opened in preview mode when clicking on report row or downloaded by clicking on download icon.
