How to open your timesheet
How to use timer from time tracking bar
To start timer project has to be chosen.
1. What are you doing? - field is meant for notes and comments.
2. Projects - by clicking on projects icon dropdown with all the available projects for that period becomes available. This is mandatory field.
3. Attachements – by clicking on attachments icon user can attach one or multiple attachments to time entry.
4. Time – click on play button will start time counting.
5. By clicking on play button timer can be started and stopped.
How to enter time from time tracking bar
1. What are you doing? - meant for writing notes and comments.
2. Projects - by clicking on projects icon dropdown with all the available projects for that period becomes available. This is mandatory field.
3. Attachments – by clicking on attachments icon user can attach one or multiple attachments to time entry.
4. Time - clicking on time, time input fields with calendar open up. From there it is possible to insert time manually.
5. After time is entered it can be added by pressing submit button. This can also be done using enter key.
Add time entries in list view
1. Hovering on day add project button becomes available, from which time adding modal opens up.
2. Time entry – Full time entry looks like this: first there is note, group/Project names, timespan and time.
3. Three dots after day - from there whole day time entries can be copied to some ohter day.
4. Three dots after time entry - by hovering on time entry dots icon becomes visible, from there it is possible to duplicate, add attachments or delete time entry.
