Employee - How to Submit your Week Timesheet

How to access Timesheet module


✔ Log  in to Employee Self Service

✔ Click on the “Enter my Time and Attendance data” tile to access Timesheet module




How to open your timesheet


1. Timesheet - open timesheet module menu items

2. Timer – can access time tracking bar, timesheet list view and month view 




How to fill your timesheet


1. Adding time to one day - Select the day and project you want to add time to and click on the day



Time report


1. Dates – you can add time to one or multiple days. By clicking on date label selecting multiple days is possible.

2. Note – you can write information about what are you doing. This would be visible to the manager as well.

3. Project – dropdown of projects where you have access to. These have been set up by Administrator user

4. Reporting hours:

    a)Full-day – standard working hours based on your work schedule (e.g. 8:00)

    b)Half-day – standard working hours divided by two (e.g. 4:00)

    c)Custom – you can enter exact amount of hours tracked for this project


5. Time span – start and end time allocated for this project. 

6. Attachment – you can add attachments to time report, that manager can download.

7. Add time – you can add another time to some other project.

8. Cancel / Save –  Cancel will delete your changes and close the time report, Save will add this time to your timesheet.





Edit added time


1. Click on the day that you want to change:

    a) Change tracked time

    b) Remove tracked time


2. You can edit tracked time entry by editing the details in the modal and clicking Save. Time entry will get updated.

3. You can delete tracked time by clicking on the three dots after project name - time entry will be deleted



Week view overview


1. Can move between periods.

2. Current day.

3. Total hours reported shows total hours reported for the day. This can also be expanded and in addition standard hours and unallocated hours will be displayed.

4. Add project – add project to this week.

5. Submit timesheet for approval view.

1. Total amount of reported to this week and for each project hours are displayed.

2. Total hours reported to this timesheet.

3. Standard hours and unallocated hours for this timesheet.

4. Submit timesheet for approval.
