In this module, you can create new templates, view previous reports and generate new reports.

 Report templates

Creating a report template

  1. Navigate to the Reports on the sidebar menu;

  2. Select  “Report templates” tab;

  3. Click on “New Template” on the top right corner;

  4. Fill fields

  5. Master data

  6. Pay elements

    • Select pay elements one by one

  • Select multiple fields at one by category

  1. Preview report by clicking on the blue button with eye icon on the right

  1. When you are ready to generate the report, click on “Save as” and set name and if the report is private or common

Viewing and updating template

  1. Navigate to the Report Templates on the sidebar menu;

  2. Click on the template;

  3. From here you can see report template fields

  4. You can also change whether the report is Personal or Common

  5. To edit a template, click on the “Edit Template” button

  • You can also jump right to editing by clicking 3-dots on the end of the template box and choosing “Update Template”

  1. Select if you want to change selected employee status groups and click “Continue”

  2. Next, you can change data fields 

  3. If you want to change the original template, click “Save” and if you want to duplicate the original with changes, click “Save as” 

 

Deleting template

  1. Navigate to the Reports on the sidebar menu;

  2. Go to Report Templates tab;

  3. Click on 3-dots on the template;

  4. Select “Delete”

Generating a report

  1. Navigate to Reports on the sidebar menu;

  2. To generate a report from the “Reports” tab;

  3. Select “New Report” on the top right corner;

  1. Select Report Template;

  2. Select Data Source

  3. Select period

  4. Select Employee status group or select employees manually

  5. Click “Continue”

 

  1. To generate a report from the Report Templates tab;

  1. Select “Generate Report” on the  Report Template box;

  1. Select Data Source

  2. Select period

  3. Select which Employee status group to use or select employees manually

  4. Click “Continue”

 

  1. Report template data fields are displayed. You can change or delete fields.

  1. To see reports preview, click on the eye icon on the right side of the page

  2. If you wish to save changes as a new template, select “Save as a template”

  3. If you want the changes to only be on this report, select “Save & Generate Report”

  1. Select Report Name and select “Save & Generate”

  • When generating from the Reports tab, select whether the report is Private or Common (Common is the default).

Viewing a report

  1. Navigate to Reports on the sidebar menu;

  2. Select either Personal or Common tab;

  1. Click on the report you want to view;

  2. You can edit the report

  3. To turn edit mode off, toggle “Edit mode” in the header

  4. From the report view you can change whether the report is Personal or Common;

  1. To export report, click on the “Export” button;
