This feature helps the user create templates in HR Blizz to help manage employee data, such as for reports, employee imports, and payroll imports.
This will make it easier and faster to import data, without having to manually choose the fields required for the different sections of HR Blizz.
Report Templates
Navigate to “Templates” on the sidebar menu;
Click on the template you want to create: “Report templates”;
On the upper right-hand side of the screen, click on “Define a new template”;
4. Create a template name of your choosing;
5. Click on “Add group” to define the template group (NB! Naming the group is optional), and choose the fields you would like to be displayed for this group
6. Choose another group by clicking on “Add group” and repeat the same step as above, until you have created the template with all the information desired;
7. If you would like to eliminate any fields, just click on the bin symbol at the end of each field at the right;
8. When finished creating, click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page;
9. Next, you will be asked to choose the desired employees you would like to include in this report. You can select all, or select a few, and you can also filter the employees by the different fields above (NB! Choosing employees is optional);
10. When finished, click on “Create”;
Employee import templates
Navigate to “Templates” on the sidebar menu;
Click on the template you want to create: “Employee import templates”;
On the upper right-hand side of the screen, click on “Define a new employee import template”;
4. Create a template name of your choosing;
5. Click on “Add field” and choose the fields of interest for your template;
6. Add as many fields as necessary for your template;
7. If you would like to eliminate any fields, just click on the bin symbol at the end of each field at the right;
8. When finished creating, click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page;
Payroll import templates
Navigate to “Templates” on the sidebar menu;
Click on the template you want to create: “Payroll import templates”;
On the upper right-hand side of the screen, click on “Define a new payroll import template”;
4. Create a template name of your choosing;
5. Click on “Add field” and choose the fields of interest for your template;
6. Add as many fields as necessary for your template;
7. If you would like to eliminate any fields, just click on the bin symbol at the end of each field at the right;
8. When finished creating, click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page;
