HR Blizz User Login Update

 

After five failed login attempts Your account will be temporarily blocked for 5 minutes (time starts from the first incorrect password entry).  The following view is displayed to You:

 


 

How to unblock my account?

To reinstate Your account, You need to enter correct password, and a reset email including the reset link is sent to Your email. 

 

Clicking on the link in the email or entering the URL straight into the browser address bar will automatically unblock Your account and You can access HR Blizz again.


 

 

How to reset my password, if my account is blocked and I forgot my password?

 

    1. On the login page click “Reset” under password field, as seen below:

 



 

    2. Enter Your email address and click “Send Reset Link”.

 

 

    3. If the entered email address exists in the system, a reset link is sent to Your email. As seen below:


 

    4. Clicking on the link in the email or entering the URL straight into the browser address bar will take You to the password reset page.

 

    5. On the password reset page, enter Your new password twice and click “Update password”.

 

 

    6. Enter Your new password, and You will receive an email allowing You to unblock Your account. Press the "Click Here" button and would be moved to the similar view as seen below.

 

 

If You are using client specific portal to log into HR Blizz and You forgot Your password, You have to request new password from Your technical team. Resetting password in HR Blizz side will not work for Your!
